The Seattle Foundation
The Seattle Foundation, the oldest and largest community foundation in Washington state, was established in 1946 to improve the quality of life in the greater Seattle area. The Foundation is made up of over 1,150 funds and has total assets over $440 million. Last year, together with its donors, the Foundation distributed over $49 million in grants to make its community a better place to live.
