Project Profile:
In 2006 Duluth LISC provided tax credit equity and predevelopment assistance totaling more than $35.4 million to four neighborhood revitalization projects. These projects resulted in the creation of 184 units of mixed-income housing, 70 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals, the rehabilitation of 150 homes for seniors, and the creation of a hotel and condominium complex in downtown Duluth.
